HoT Meeting Agenda

Hey all! With HoT on the horizon, officers are rearranging our priorities and schedule. We’d like to invite everyone to join in the discussion as we go along. The agenda includes:

 

  • Guild Halls

    • Scheduling for clearing
    • Hall Poll Date range
    • Guild Anthem
    • Build/Upgrade order
    • Decoration permissions
    • New resource treasure trove

 

 

  • Guild Resources
    • Dump merits before HoT?
    • Hoard as much influence as possible?
    • SJ volunteered to be in charge of upgrades

 

 

  • Guild Missions
    • PvP and WvW missions
    • Specialize in PvE, or allow for all missions (10% favor bonus)
    • Mission scheduling/secondary missions sets (for EU)

 

 

  • Officers
    • Current officer event change declaration
    • Officer promotions
    • Events: HL fracs 51+, raids, open world content, JPs, glider event/training (not sure if covered under open world content so adding it here – Kai)
    • Raids

 

 

  • PvP
    • Official guild team vs anyone – maybe like our WvW squad page setup?
    • (Note: PvP guild missions require a guild team)

 

 

  • WvW

 

 

  • Other
    • Rank permissions (all ranks)
    • Website changes (suggested by Logan to condense)
    • Condense MotD, maybe make a new one with essentials
